Cross-Border Road Transportation

Door-to-door haulage between Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, plus Jordan. The team that plans your truck also prepares the export and import documents, so a load does not sit at Al Batha or the Causeway waiting on paperwork from a separate broker.

What we run

  • Heavy, oversized and general cargo between Saudi Arabia and all GCC states
  • Export and import customs declarations prepared in-house
  • Transit movements through third countries, including onward runs to Jordan
  • Escort vehicles and permits for out-of-gauge cross-border loads
  • Border queue monitoring with live ETA updates

Included on every load

Customs handled by the same team

Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and transit documents are checked before the truck leaves the yard, not at the border.

Border posts we know

Our drivers run Al Batha, King Fahd Causeway, Salwa, Al Khafji and Al Haditha every week and know each post's checks and busy hours.

Transit visibility

Tracking plus manual updates at each checkpoint, so you know when the load clears export, crosses, and clears import.

Questions shippers ask

Which documents do I need for a cross-border shipment?

Typically a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, plus any product or equipment permits for the destination country. We send a checklist for your corridor when you book.

How long does clearance take at the border?

With complete documents, most crossings clear within a few hours. Queues vary by season and day of week, so departures are planned around known peaks.

Can you move oversized equipment across borders?

Yes. Out-of-gauge loads travel on hydraulic low-beds with route surveys, permits and escorts arranged on both sides of the crossing.

Do you cover Jordan and onward markets?

Yes. Loads run from Saudi Arabia into Jordan through Al Haditha, with transit arrangements for onward destinations on request.
